We are a Kindergarten to Grade 10 Waldorf school, and we thank you for your interest. To learn whether Waldorf education is right for your family, we recommend that you experience the warmth, spirit and daily rhythms of our school in person.

Admissions
We’re delighted that you would like your child to join our Waldorf School.
To apply for a place please submit the Application Form below.
Once you have applied via the registration form, the school team will arrange a friendly interview with you and your child. This helps us get to know you and your child and to ensure we can do the best for every pupil and determine that we meet the needs of your child.
Admissions Process
Visit Gatha
Tours are available weekly by appointment. Tours generally last an hour depending on the section of the school you are interested in.

Addmission FormAdmissions Interview Between Teacher and Parents
Necessary for all parents of students from Kindergarten through Grade 10. This is an opportunity for us to get to know more about your child and your family, discuss your child's development and educational journey so far, and for you to meet the Class Teacher / School Representative. The School Representative will also give you more specific details about the class and curriculum and answer any questions you may have.
In High School students are also invited to attend. If there is no opening in the appropriate class, the student’s name will be added to a waiting list.
- Early Childhood:
Interview with parents and teacher. Teacher meets your child at a separate time. - Grades 1-8:
Your child will visit the classroom for a period of up to 3 days.
Following a class visit the teacher will meet with parents to share observations.
The family will be invited for an interview at the school. - Grades 9-12:
Parents and student will attend an interview with the High School Class Advisors or other members of the High School Faculty.
Please note that being invited for an interview does not mean you will automatically be offered a place in the school.
Class Visit
Early Childhood and prospective Grade 1 students may visit a class, at the teachers’ discretion
Grades 2-10: Students attend class at Gatha for a few days. Students experience school days and their peers at Gatha. Teachers see the student at work in the class setting.
Sign the Agreement
Upon acceptance by the Faculty, the Admissions Office will produce an agreement.
Review of the agreement and payment options will be done in person.
Two to three weeks is the normal return deadline for new agreements.
Acceptance
The teacher will make a decision based on all of the information gathered. This includes the interview with parents and student, with consideration of the development of the child, as well as the social health of the class. At this time, school shall request supporting documents, which are all required to complete enrollment.
Documents Required
After signing of the Agreement, the admission formalities to be carried out by filling up and submitting the Admission Form along with all the supporting documents.
- A copy of your child's birth certificate
- Original Birth Certificate in case of Kindergarten and Grade 1
- Your child's latest or last original school report, school attendance records and School Leaving Certificate
- Adhaar Card of both the parents and the child
- Current legal residential address proof
- 2 Passport size photographs each of both the parents and child
- A completed Admission Form

Age Criteria for the Academic Year 2025-26
Note : This age criteria is prescribed by the government department and is Non-Negotiable with the school. For applying in the below grades, the child must complete the mentioned age as on the given date:
