We've kept our enrolment process simple and human — because the most important thing is finding out together whether Gatha is the right fit for your child and family.
Step by Step
Reach out to us by phone, email, or through the contact form on our website. Tell us a little about your child and what draws you to Waldorf education. Our admissions team will respond within 1–2 business days.
We invite all families to visit the school before applying. You'll meet our teachers, see the classrooms, and get a real feel for the rhythm of a Waldorf day. Open House events are held twice a year, or you can arrange a private tour.
Complete and submit the Gatha Waldorf Learning Centre application form along with any required documents (birth certificate, previous school records if applicable).
Your child will spend a morning at school — playing, observing, and being gently observed by our teachers. Parents meet separately with the class teacher and/or admissions coordinator to discuss your family's needs and expectations.
After the child visit, we will contact you with our decision. If a place is offered, you will receive an admission letter with details of next steps, fees, and your child's start date.
Once you accept the offer and complete enrolment formalities (including the first fee instalment), your child is officially part of the Gatha family. An orientation session helps families prepare for the first day.
